Key responsibilities:
- To always offer the highest possible customer experience
- To Maintain and develop key marketing strategies within the business support department
Key activities:
- To attend face-to-face meetings with Syn-Star clients
- Direct sales over the telephone
- Business networking
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technology
The ideal candidate:
- Ideally 2 years’ plus experience of Account management for SME’s
- Previous experience in varied I.T / Telecom providers
- Up-to-date knowledge of business technology, ideally Microsoft, Apple and Citrix
- Ability to work productively within a team of 10
- Ability to build working relationships with clients
- Must be able to drive to attend client visits – Company pool car provided
