Key responsibilities:
- Cold call local businesses
- Email and market to a select number of local business
- To cleanse internal database records / customer information by obtaining and entering required data
- Resolve customer concerns by obtaining information from customer service representative and calling customer back with new information
- Provide sales results information by preparing and submitting a summary report of transactions
- Maintain quality service by following organisation standards
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
- Reviews publications
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
